Is it worth it to get an opti rebuild kit?

Would it be worth it or would i be better off getting a new opti. I developed a slight stumble off idle and I'm attributing it to A) the one slightly burned wire, B) oil leak that's slopping oil all over the opti - which i think is coming from the timing chain cover, C) possibly the fuel filter, which i have on order and will be replacing this weekend.

Would it be worth my while to get an opti rebuild kit or just get a new one from Mr. Cromer?
