I have a friend who is selling a 1993 T/A with a blown lt1,it has new paint with decent looking cloth interior.the car is all stock.he bought it with 30,000 on it it now has 160,000.He said he would take $1500 for it .should I buy it?

it depends on how "blown" the motor is. if it just needs a rebuild id say go for it. so for the price of a nice lt1 you could actually have a bas *** blown(charged)lt1.
