Worrying about Emissions

How do most of your guys pass emissions with heavily modded engines, like LTs, big cam, heads, etc. Do you not have emissions do you program the PCM, spilt the guy a $50? Any suggestions would be helpful.

The easiest way is to ask around for someone who could hook you up. If you cant find someone I guess your only chance is a emmisions program in a spare ECU.
