hey folks. Working on the car now with some guys. Over the winter I took the motor out for a refreash. Ready to start it, but no spark

We checked the usual. There is no spark from the coil. There IS power to the coil. We would get an "erratic" spark sometimes. ie we would get a spark or two when I turned the key OFF but not whilst cranking.

I have an MSD box, but we have bypassed that as well.

The other thing is that I have a FAST computer installed now although I do not think that has anything to do with it.

Any ideas where to check next. i have basically killed the battery. Not good on my brand new motor although we have disconnected the injectors to prevent flooding the car.
