OK.....I almost have everything buttoned back up on in engine install. I have a couple of wires that I cant seem to figure out where they go. On the passenger side the harness coming off the fender wall has three wires....I know one of them is for the O2 sensor, but where do the 2 smaller black wires go. Im thinking either starter or to a ground point. TIA

 

There may be some confusion. I think what you might have are purple, black and blue wires. The O2 has four wires in a flat connector going to it.

If you have the three wires mentioned above, the purple goes to the outside small terminal on the starter, the black goes to a little ground lug on the block above the front of the starter and the blue should have a big plastic connector that goes to the knock sensor.

 

Duh....yeah I ment to say one was the KS instead of O2....too many hours out in the heat. Thanks a ton shoebox.....should be able to fire this thing off thisevening.
