Heads/cam/headers and ran 13.4 :(

2.365 60 ft
8.864 1/8 mile times
13.447 ET
107.35 MPH

my other runs are similar... I did have a run with a 2.45 60' and a 108.73 MPH

wtf is wrong with my car!

The track just wasnt hooking, my friend with Nittos did just as bad as me and he had an automatic.

Your MPH is not bad so you are making power, you just need to hook it up.
Back when I had basic mods my car went 13.6@102 with a 2.15 sixty.
You just need traction.

LCA relocation brackets should help you out.
I can get 2.0-2.1 60' times in my brothers 96 T/A 6 speed with street tires without the good rear end with the LCA relocation brackets.

LCA's may be needed, maybe not. With those kinds of 60's I'd prescribe PRACTICE first before spending any more money.

THe MPH is there though, the car is making the power you just have to learn how to drive it.

With street tires, I launch off of idle or just a tad higher.
My brother just did heads and cam and had Nitto DR's on the car and I didn't have any seat time in the car before I ran his car and launched like I normally do and bogged big time, nearly stalled the car.

I'll second that. My new 400rwhp combo could only go 13.1 with the worst traction I've seen at a track. It took me most of the day to get that. Was runing upper 13's at the beginning of the day. Practice and traction are your friends.

ya pat, put slicks on a 10bolt with a 6spd

take the 60' down and you should be way quicker

Heads, cam, headers, and no tires? Thats like trying to ice skate on roller skates.

Get some tires first, probably ET Streets. Then look for a 12 bolt and suspension stuff.

With a sub 2.0 60' you would have been in the high 12's on that same run. Just need to work on your 60' times, it's a bit tricky with an M6, street tires and some added hp, I'd get some DR's at least.

maybe im the only one to notice............but your MPH seems pretty low for heads AND cam.....seems more like just a bolton+cam MPH...........unless they were DIY ported heads

look for a 12.7- but that still sounds slow for your heads and cam
