I am working on a 93 to 94 engine harness conversion

The car is a 93 z28 m6

It's a 96 motor out of a t/a with 93 intake manifold,93 ecu and harness


Is there any difference between 93 and 94 harnesses

 

To answer your direct question, 93 and 94 harnesses are completely different and do not interchange. Now, if you want to use a 93 ECM and harness on a 96 engine, you can do that if you want. It just depends on what of the 96 you want to be able to use.

 

I am going to use the 96 motor,93 intake,and 94 (ecu,harness). Do you have anything detailed about this. I'm a little in the dark on this situation

Why the 93 intake? You will have to change the injectors.

I just want to put a 94 harness on a 93 z28 any difference

It has a 96 block and heads only

 

The 96 has a crank sensor that you won't be able to hook up.

 

They used the 93 harness with no problems
