Wires from o2 harness to PCM

I burnt some and soldered in new wires in the place where it was burnt but that didnt seem to fix anything at all. I heard that you cant just solder in new wires tho because they are "ohmed specifically" either way I was wondering if it was possible to buy the section of wire that goes from the PCM to the harness. I couldnt find anything on shoeboxes sight about it so any help would be great.

Thanks

Assuming you are talking only about the harness wires, and not about the actual sensor wires, there is no reason a QUALITY soldered splice repair will not work. The harness wires are not "ohmed specifically". You just have to be careful with the joints, because the signal is measure in millivolts, and a resistive splice is going to mess up the signal. Did you test the continuity of the spliced wire, from the PCM end (unplugged) to the sensor end (unplugged)?
