Wire #6 Cracked

Wire #6 Cracked

Started the car to go to school and new it was miss firing, ses flashed on and off i knew the deal, been here 10 times before. Tonight after worked check them all out, #6 was dry rotted and cracked to the wire/electrode. Now being I dont need 7 more wires where can I just get this one wire at?

I think its number six, the third to the back on the passenger side.

You cant. No one sells the individuals. Thunder will send you a single, but its expensive. Buy a new wire set from Autozone, the cheapies are $35 and lifetime warranty

Last time i tried them they were the wrong ones, they for for the original z28 with a distributor on top lol. whats the part number so i know what to get bud.

No i meant i bought them from autozone before, and they sent me the non LT1 booted spark plugs

That's what I done everytime I burn a wire up. The spare set comes in handy. The person that got you the old style wire must not pay attention on the year you said.

Then check the box at the counter. They carry the right ones.

Hey, I got new wires just a few ago and replaced the bad one, I had a good idea on how to find which wasnt firing, let it cool off and then start it and shut it off when the light flashes, and then go feel the headers i found 1 cool one that wasnt hot which is the second on the drivers side number 3 i believe i took the plug out sure enough gas is on there, what can cause that not to fire, i just replaced that wire too and it still did it, im going to try a differnt plug but what will cause that not to fire, the opti? or what
