Windows getting scratched by weather stripping!

I noticed my side windows are getting vertical scratches on them when I open and close them!! It looks like it is being caused by the 'brushes' that press agains the window. Can they be replaced without replacing the entire outside weather stripping running along the top of the door? How do you do it?

Thanks!!

Outside scratches-the whole strip on the top of the door has to be replaced. Inside scratches-the window stabilizers can be replaced separately.

its actually very easy to do. take the mirror off and take a stiff flat blade 2" scraper and a hammer and slide it under the belt molding. and tap on it untill it pops up then move down to the next clip .. when putting in the new one. Pry off the 1st clip under the mirror then put the taps that hange down the farthest in the slots and push it down this is where you need to be carful and watch the others to make sure the dont scratch the paint.
