Will this wire be okay?

Will this wire be okay?
After burning a plug wire on the #5 primary i bought a new set of borg-warner plugs and them i wrapped it some cool-tube. I then wrapped that tube with some heat reflecting tape. I have the #7 wire touching the tube i wrapped around the #5 wire but none of the wires or the tube are touching the header tubes. Will this plug wire be okay? I would hate to burn these plug wires again and i dont think there are any 7mm custom wire sets. Does anyone know if the tube around the #5 would be okay if it touched the headers? I couldnt get a good picture of what i am talking about but i will try.
Thanks, Jeff

Re: Will this wire be okay?
There has to be a way you can stop that wire from touching the primary. All those tapes and stuff are designed to deflect radiant heat, i'm not sure they'll provide THAT much protection from it directly resting on the primary. But then again you might be fine. I would still do all I could to stop it from touching the header.

Re: Will this wire be okay?
depending on what wire(s) it is...you can do something like this:
EDIT: hard to see...but there is a zip-tie holding the wires together away from the headers - doesn't look so bad, just trim the extra......can also use other things besides zip ties obviously...but of course, all depends on headers/which wires/etc so may not work for you...

The wire is not touching the header, i zip tied it out of the way. Are the only thing the wires shouldnt touch the headers? Are they okay if they touch the block?
Thanks
Thanks
