Dosen't look like it will clear. You will have problems where the TA mounts to the car with the exhaust hanging so low. http://www.spohn.net/productimages/ACF14F.jpg

What torque arm would clear do you think?

I have to swap it because my stocker is twisted lol.

I have a random technology TA and I put down over 500RWHP and 600RWTQ and I haven't had any problems with it.

Yes it wll clear. It bolts in the stock locaton and you can also ajust the pinion angle. http://www.randomtechnology.com/suspension.html
