Will SLP 85 mm maf work

What has to be done for this to work on an LT1 and is it worth it pro's and con's

Is the MAF locked in on the AFR like other MAF sensors....

Which 85mm MAF?

Post a link, and I'll let you know. Grantenelli makes a "Modified" 85mm MAF for LT1 cars, but I've heard of quite a few people having tuning issues with this MAF, similar to the issues when you port your stock MAF.

You can run the actual GM Z06 Vette 85mm MAF on your car with only an adapter pigtail (~$20), and a re-program of your PCM for the correct table. I've been running this option since my stocker crapped out in the spring of '02 with ZERO issues.

If you are looking for a power increase from this you are out of luck, this is not a power adder modification, and I only really recommend replacing your MAF if your stocker fails, otherwise they're good and don't become a restriction until you are putting down some serious power numbers.

Ask for Kevin @ Ramchargers... he'll know EXACTLY what you need.
