will pacesetters go in with engine

hey just wondering if anyone has put in their pacesetter LT's with an engine install or is it just way eaiser to come from the bottom side after the engine is already sitting in the car?

Re: will pacesetters go in with engine

If your dropping it in from the top i can't picture them fitting. When i install my motor in the next few weeks I plan on placing the headers in the engine bay while the motors half way in and having them in there so I just have to bolt them up.

If your doing it form the bottom i don't see why it wouldn't fit and have heard of people doing it before.

if its going in from the bottom...YES i did it with my longtubes...only thing to watch is the brake lines...and good thing is you can run the wires while the engine is out!

If you have a few buddies to help you can have a couple of them hold the headers in the car while you lower the motor in.
