Will My Engine Be Ok Like This For Week Without Coolant

just wondering if it would be ok if i left my engine exposed like this without coolant and with the cam exposed ... until i have time to put it back together???

of course yes...reason blocks crack is because the water inside freezes and the radiaot cap is stuck shut and the thermostat is shut and the water has no where to go....with nothing in it will be fine...

Any exposed metal that needs to be pristine, like cylinders and cams, need oil on them for even short term exposure. But the cooling system will be fine. Maybe hit the end of the cam with oil if it's dry - not really a critical surface for avoiding condensation and rust, but it is shiny steel and could get a little rust if degreased. But I bet it's pretty oily from install anyway. I'd cover it to keep dust out, though.
