Will LS1 style cai fit under stock 93-97 hood?

it requires some fabrication but it can be done
if you go to http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/showth...t=ls1+lid+swap i think someone has the Lt1 SS hood and it clears but i am not sure its been a while

Do a search for the_merv on ls1tech. I think he deleted the pictures though. He really hacked up his car for his new lsx build too, he took one of the 2 stock fans off the back of the radiator and put it infront of the radiator as a pusher fan and hes wondering why he has cooling issues.
Just backs up the saying, "... knowing just enough to get yourself into trouble."
