Lightbulb Will the LE2 package pass MISSOURI emissions? ---

I think all they do is hook up the computer to the obdII link under the car and if there is no SES lights ... it passes right? I know they were talking about changing the emissions laws from a certain year back....is 96 covered in this?

For all of you NOT in Missouri, did your LE2 package pass emissions? I want an LE2 car for a Daily Driver ---

Thanks

Yes, all they do is hook the car up and check for codes and make sure all of the sensors are responding correctly. A tuner should be able to help you out with getting this done and running an LE2 setup.

OOOH that is CLOSE. I may wait until I get my car inspected (october) and then add all the LE2 stuff right away (and get a 2 yr set of plates, lol)....then I should be included in the emissions exempt thing?! ---

We have gotten customer's to pass (96-97 obdII) without any problems. Won't need cats either.

Tell me more. I am not sure of how the emission stuff is changing. I am going to put LE2 with LT's on the 91, and was also going to but LT's on my 96z. Thanks.
