Will I be ok with 2 different types of wires?

Maybe Im just being paranoid but one of my MSD super conductor wires burned and Im going to replace it with a Taylor courtesy of 96-speed. There wont be a difference performance wise with a different wire will there?

Im not worried about the quality of the Taylor, I just wasnt sure if there was a difference in resistance if it would affect anything with it being just one cylinder.
