When I remove my valve covers to work on replacing my rockers, will I need to also install new valve cover gaskets??

 

no, but just inspect em anyway. I've removed my valve covers countless times to set lash and had no probs with stock gaskets. You'll be fine

I would pick a set up just to be on the safe side, it also depends on how many miles and how hot the motor has been, when i removed my valve covers on one side half the gasket came off and the other half stayed on the car.

 

I've had mine off a dozen times and the stock gasket still look and work great.
