I am decideing on parts for my build-up, will the lt-4 conversion kit
( heads,hotcam,intake,), full exhaust ( lt's,nocats,loudmouth), and all the bolts on's net be at least 350 rwhp??

I know theres better head/cam packages than the lt4 kit but i just want something mild.

I would think that with about any h/c package that is set up properly you could get around 350rwhp.
But I would also say go to Lloyd for the h/c package. Not only do you get a more powerful combo, that is set up to your specs, but it is also cheaper and you will be supporting one of our sponsors!
I know when I get my heads done, I will be going with the LE3 heads and keeping my cc306.
