Will I lose low end torque?

I will be installing headers next weekend and I was wondering if I would lose low end torque if I remove my cat? I know that on the 93z's that the computer doesn't even know that there is a cat there. I want to run it straight through, but I don't want to lose low end torque. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all who reply.

Tuff.

You won't notice the loss. Do it and be done with it.

Just got mine running with LTs and header mufflers and so far it feels good, Lots of popping when I let off the gas but I have glasspack header mufflers so that is to be expected.
Really, how much racing do you do at part throttle? WOT is where you,ll see your gains and puttin around town will feel the same.

yeah, what they said. you'll loose some low end at cruise but you'll only be able to tell on a dyno. not really a SOTP difference. plus who cares what it's like under 2k rpm
