subject is the question. ive heard that a cutout will cuase some loss in low end torque, so i was wondering if LT 3" true duals with a xpipe would cost me low end.

I don't think you will have a problem. I've been running around town a bit and autocrossing with the dump open on my JetHot lt's with no cats. I did notice a little loss of low-end torque but if I'm trying to go somewhere I'm keeping the rpm's up. Over all any loss of low end torque is more than made up for on the top end. The only adjustment in driving I made was if launching from a stop I moved up my launch rpm a bit more than before. If you are going to use mufflers you will have significantly more back pressure than you would with a cutout. As such I don't think you will even notice a loss of low-end torque. Of course some people have super seat of the pants senses.

I have heard both, yes and no. Like a 58 MM TB on a stock car can hurt you!
