Will I exceeded 100% injector duty cycle??

Going in: XE230/236, 1.6 rr's, heads by Lloyd,
Already have: FLP headers, 4.11's

Anybody with the same or similar set up exceeding 100% injector duty cycle with stock FPR and stock injectors?

If I need to bump my fuel pressure a little to keep my duty cycle under 100% I'll put an AFPR on now while its off the car but thats only if there is NO question. My fuel pressure is within specs, I checked it just before begining tear down.

Unless you take the RPM down to 5k or so, you need new injectors. You can cheat with fuel pressure, for awhile - but the problem you run into is a shorter pump lifespan, some people are lucky some aren't, but our pumps weren't made for 60psi.
