aside from my 94 Z im putting another LT1 in my '99 fullsize chev truck. Now because of the Kmember Regular camaro headers wont fit. Is it possible and has anyone ever reg. 350 headers on the LT1?

yes use 1 3/4 .people do it all the time when putting a lt1 in a thirdgen. like me for example.hope this helps..

 

LT1 uses a standard SBC pattern, the headers need to fit the chassis and you will be all set. I think 1 3/4 is overkill though. A guy did some extensive testing in the b-bodies and found that for the available 13/4 headers to be better than the tri-ys or 1 5/8 he had to rev over 6800. They made more power over 5800 but in order for averafge power to be up from the smaller headers you would have had to have usable power and shift over 6800. Now headers vary by chassis so it may not be exactly the same for the truck but the basic priciple applies.
