Will exhaust leak cause me to fail emissions?
quick question guys. Will an exhaust leak before the o2 on a 95 formula cause the exhaust to be too rich to pass emissions.

you should be ok depending on the size on the leak, how bad is the leak?

If it makes you fail just dump a bottle of "guaranteed to pass" in that stuff really works. pep boys sells it

you shouldn't need it though

It may affect you, it may not. My own exaust leak a few years ago only showed up at WOT or 4k RPM+, which is not touched by a smog test.
