If it's an M6 yes, if it's an A4 no.
Reason being is the 93 was the 4L60 tranny, which used a Throttle-Valve cable (TV Cable). The 94+ were electronic and this did not have a TV cable. As such, the 94+ TB's don't have a hookup for it.
