Will a 383 make enough torque to get the wheels up?

Will a 383 make enough torque to get the wheels up?
My car is sooo close to pickin the wheels up. I really want my next motor to pick the wheels up. How much torque is needed to get a nice wheels-up launch and carry it out for about 20 feet? Will a stroker be enough NA? What about with a big solid roller cam? Is 450 ft*lbs enough with my suspension work and skinnies? I can only do a little weight reduction. In FL I gotta have my A/C. But I got HAL shocks and LCA relocation brackets that have really got the car hookin. I've got BFG DR's on 15x10 wheels. I'll prolly need a full slick.
How much would a centrifugal blower help? They seem to only build top-end power. What do you guys think? Can I do this with an NA 383?

I'm thinkin it would mostly require midrange torque. Too bad there's not a roots or whipple blower kit for us yet.
