this only happens like once a month. my car starts fine but then dies like there is a disconnected vaccum line or something. although all the lines are hooked up. but after about 5 or 10 minutes of driving and have to give it some gas to stay running it idles fine again. does anyone know what this is

 

You idle air control may be gummed up or the passage way in the TB.
