Question widest et street on telstar

I want to put some 26-11.50-15 et streets on my telstars...15X8

who has done it, are there any issues and is it possible...i thought i seen a couple f-bodies in GMHTP doing it...

any info would be greatly appreciated ...

thanks all

Per Mickey Thompson website, a 26x10.5-15 ET Street fits on an 8" wide rim. 26x11.5-15 requires a 10" rim.

yeah, i checked the site too.... that is what is recommended...but thats as far as that goes..

i read and a seen in the GMHTP of a 93Z with weld 15X8 with 26 12.50s...

i have a friend with a chevy 2 with 9" rims running 14.50s

so i felt confident it could be done, but just wanted to see what you guys are doing..

thanks again
