Wideband O2 Tuning After the Cat Possible?

Going to get my car dyno'ed this weekend and they have a wideband.

I assume since the cat is designed to eliminate emissions, it is using 02 not burnt in the exhaust to do this. Well, if a wideband is being used to tune, how do you get the correct AFR after the cat? is there some compensation that must be taken into account?

Thanks,

Ben

Is the answer really this easy?

So no O2 is used up by the Cat trying to eliminate emissions?

That will make it easier to tune that is for sure!

The cat will re burn the mixture giving you false lean condition...

That is why on OBDII cars there is a post cat o2... to make sure that the cat is working...

Weld a bung before the cat and insert the wideband there.
