Why when I turn the car off....

It slightly diesels (like chugs) for .3 secs?

unburnt fuel in the combustion chamber..... i remember your remark about the A/F being really rich.... get it tuned, and verify the A/F with a wide band o2 , the ones the dyno uses.

That sounds about right. At idle I'm in the low to mid 13's according to the wideband. Thanks.
