How do you flip the fuel lines in the tunnel for true duals

How do you flip the fuel lines in the tunnel for true duals
I took off one bracket, and tried pushing the fuel lines up so I could flip the bracket, but I didn't see how the hell I could move them up the 2-3 inches that I would need to to get them back in the brackets. Do I just kind of force them up there?
