I had the same problem, but just as with most of the aftermarket stuff I've bought for this car, it all requires some tweeking to make it fit right. I just cut off the front part of the heat shield with a hacksaw, removed the lines from the ABS, rebent them to clear, wrapped them with fiberglass and heat shield tape and moved on. I also had to clearance and weld a reinforcement to the transmisson mount on the driver side. But, you know, if everything fit just right and just bolted on with no problems, everyone would be using this stuff.
