why isnt my car shifting at WOT

my car wont shift at wot goes to 7k if i let it?

6500 for sure and i wansnt at WOT??

is it computer or tranny
the tranny is new

Tranny is new as you just put it in? Did you do a rear gear ratio change?

He didnt mention that his car shifted fine at the track with his previous hotcam tune with the new tranny.

I think you just summed it up. Something wrong with the computer's shift points. Maybe a bad program or the wrong program. Do you guys have the ability to scan it?
