Why on Datalogger does my car say 50 rpms when the car is off?

Why on Datalogger does my car say 50 rpms when the car is off?
If I have the TTS datalogger on my car when the key is on the "on" posistion, but the car is off, the logger says 50 rpms in yellow.
I dont understand.
PS (I am having a stumbling issue, not sure if these are related.)
