a tune would be benifical, get you a little extra
what gears do you have? not sure if i missed it in the other posts
i have an a4 and run the times in the sig up in ontario
you should be able to get 2.0x 60' time with street tires, that alone will get you in the 13's you make alot of time up by cutting down your 60' so work on launching and tire pressure and you'll get there
plus every track will run different from each other

How much does the altitude of the track affect proformance, both times I was at the track so far this year i was running mid 14s with 60' times around 2.1. But there were 2 other lt1's there that wer stock running about the same
since i'm also from Ohio, i thought i might offer my two cents. both my Z's have been pretty consistent 14.4 second cars at National Trail Raceway in Columbus where the track elevation is 900 ft (i think). i talked to a couple of the regulars up there and their LT1 fbodies also ran 14.4's on average. i did see a kid with a m6 T/A running 14.2 while i was running 14.4's and his car appeared pretty stock.
my best time with the A4 was this spring and is in my sig. i have since added a 4inch CAI and a 3inch Catback. i'm still running 14.1's but at 98mph now. with the CAI and catback, i believe i could run a 14.0 if i got that 60' back down to a 2.10.
anyways, dont feel too bad because all these guys on here have 13 second stock lt1's. i've seen alot of 14.7 and 14.8 second Z's and T/A's at the track. mine even ran a 14.79 a couple weeks ago but this morning i ran a 14.19 and i let off before the line! i think the air has everything to do with that cause i have yet to see or hear of a 13second car at the tracks i've been at in ohio. then again, i have yet to race at Norwalk...maybe next week.

norwalks track is awesome.. most consistant track ive been on.. only place ive run an 8.901 8.903 9.908 8.899 and an a 8.905 Awesome track (those were all back to back passes) talk about a deadly bracket car
i think your times sounds about right, you cant pay any attention to most of the times that are posted on here, because they are at sea level with a negative DA and perfect weather (usually). take for example i go to Bristol TN elevation is 1744, with an average DA of 3500. stock LS1's only run 14.0 at 100. stock LT1's runs mid to upper 14's at 95mph.
im expecting to trap less than 110 with my new heads/cam setup.
and probably low 13's???? i will find out tuesday. (if it dont rain)

save up some money, take your camaro to your local chevy dealer, and have them hook up the tech II and have him remap it like a vette, not a camaro. that alone is a huge difference. second, try different runs with different tire pressure and at different RPM's when you launch. my best times were around 20 psi launching at 2800 rpm.
