Who's LT1 cam is this?
Who's LT1 cam is this?
I bought this cam out of a 96 LT1 and the owner said it was a LE1 cam. The numbers stamped on it just behind the fuel pump lobe are 109516 02J1A and it has ERSON Lt1 scribed by hand of the rear of the cam. Any ideas as to the rpm range, lift and duration of this cam. Also what springs are recommended for it. Any help would be great. Thanks Henry
Not sure that is a LE cam. I have a genuine one and it was ground by Comp Cams. Maybe LE will chime in.
That cam will want to rev to about 6300 on good ported heads. Most people run a good beehive spring like a Comp 1518 or the NEW cOMP 26918'S.

it is a cam from about 3-4 yrs ago when Joe Overton was doing the cams for me. It is a mid 220 duration on intake and low 230 duration on exhaust with about .570 lift on a 110 LSA.
In a 350 engine it will pull from 2000 to 6300 RPM with good heads.
