It is fairly straight forward if you pick up the MSD plug and play harness to install it with. It has lots of nice features like a tach output (won't have to splice into your PCM wires). It also has an RPM simulator, meaning if you hook it up to recieve the tach signal from the box, it can fake 3000+rpm so you can test things like shift lights, window boxes etc.
