This guy on an other board doesnt belive you can hit 12's with bolton's on a LT1 car. Any one here have their et's with bolt on's in the 12's. I know your out there, cause Ive seen people at the track do it.

I've personally seen one guy go 12.89@108 I believe it was. I unfortunately, only made it to 13.09@106.8 during my bolt on endeavour.

 

In the jan. 03 issue of gmhtp there is a few lt1 cars that go into the 12s with only bolt-ons. On car when 12.42 at 108.8.

i have been a best of 12.36@109 with bolt on's,mods in the link in my sig. i was in the 12's before i did headers.

few guys have been 12.0's and 11.9's with bolt on's,it can be done.

 

Ive been high 12s with bolt ons... Long tube headers would definetly help me more than these crappy shorties.... times/mods below

I went 12.90's earlier this year w/ bolt ons in my A4...

New times w/ my cam are in the sig.

 

I went 13.1 at 103 or so with most most bolt ons (no h20 pump, and no RR). I had a shot opti and shot fuel pump at time. Easy 12 if those were working correctly

 

i havent ran the track yet, but im sure i could hit the 12's without my cam.....

SAR2K has run 11.9X at 112 with 'serious' bolt-ons like 1.7 rockers, LT headers, Vigilante 3600, etc. . . Stock heads/cam/short block.

TY guys, I knew it was very possible. But it seem like alot of people dont think so. Maybe its because they dont ever goto the drag strip, or never read about other peoples combo's. But thanks again.
