For those guys that did this swap, do you have issues where the tranny seems to vibrate a bit when at idle? My torque arm is tight and so it the tranny mount, but still seems to vibrate a bit when it is idling. I have a Fedenza flywheel which has been balanced, and torqued to spec, also a McLoud clutch...any suggestions?

 

Something is off, Even though everything was balanced there could be a error as it is done by people and people make mistakes.

 

it is smooth while driving, but when idling at a light, seems loose.....bellhousing is tight and everything else is too

 

I did the swap and I do have a vibration problem but then again i do have a Cam in my car so its kind of hard to tell sometimes. But I know I have vibrations while cuising.

 

Did you install a poly trans mount?

 

What exactly vibrates? Is it making strange noises or something?

 

I have a poly mount for the tranny, the original didnt hold as tight as the poly one does. When I am at idle, seems like the input shaft from the tranny that going into the pilot bearing is rubbing or something.....

 

hrmm i am interested in doing this swap as well so i'm very interested in knowing whats up
