Re: Who has passed emissions test with aftermarket cam? Which one?

When my car was in MD it passed using a Random Tech Y pipe and converter. LPE leaves all emissions equipment intact. EGR, Shorties with AIR hook ups, etc. Cam currently is a .533"/.560" 211/219 and it passed by a long shot. Changing set up to a Super Ram and a .560/.560 219/219 cam which will also pass. Live in PA now and we only have a visual inspection, here, however...

[QUOTE=fesgali]You will not pass emissions with the EGR/AIR removed. I failed my N2O because i had my egr unplugged only, had to pay a bit before i passed the 4th time i took the test.

Hmm...you seem to have a 97, you don't have to put up with the smog testing like we(pre 95) do in MD.
