Question White Spring Install Help

I was changing my oil today and decided to install my new white spring i just got. But i cant see how to get the spring out. The part number on the oil filter cap is 3952302. I searched and everyone said to remove a rolled pin but i dont see that.Do i have a odd oil filter cap? Thanks

I'm not sure what you're talking about here. The white spring goes in the oil pump and you remove a roll pin to get the old one out....

Where in the oil pump? I removed the oil filter and the 2 11mm bolts and removed the cap. I can see the spring but i dont know how to remove it. I dont see the rolled pin.

The oil pump is inside the oil pan...you can't get to it from the filter. What you see is the filter bypass spring. It allows the oil to flow 'around' the oil filter if it clogs.
