Balance it or not?

Ok so I bought a lt1 shortblock off ebay, Did not come with a hub and balancer. So I bought one from someone on here, I am putting a gm 847 cam in it with new 1.6 rockers and new patriot gold springs. Do I need to balance the crank, flywheel and the balancer?
Or will it be fine, I will be turning the motor up to 6900 rpm.
So far I am getting mixed answers.......

Not sure what you are asking? Was the shortblock already balanced? The balancer is neutral balanced, so won't make a difference.

Well I had some people tell me that i needed to balance the motor.... Well the crank, balancer and the flywheel.... I thought it was neutral balanced also.... The only thing that worried me is that since it's a used balancer.... But if it won't matter.
Thanks
