i just started it up today, its been sittin for a while, and out of the engine theres a whistling sound, its coming from around the tb or intake maifold my guess is, and i recently did a tb bypass,air foil, and a 160 thermo change, idk id its that though...

I'd guess that the bottom of the elbow didn't go onto the Throttle body correctly. I had the same problem and it turned out the bottom part of the elbow was ripped so i just went and bought the 1LE elbow.

 

Just re-check all of the connections, as 3gc suggested.

 

my edelbrock 58mm whistles lol, but yea just make sure its nice and tight.
