where will these mods take me?

Well I have a stock 94 z28 auto 99k and was wanting to know if the mods I am planning will take away gas mileage, or decrease the life of my engine, tranny. I was also wanting to know if you have any suggestions on which mods i should or shouldn't get if you don't like my ideas. I want a daily driver and haven't ever modded a car before. cai, headers, aftermarket cat and cat-back, 2800 stall torque converter, transgo shift kit, underdrive pulleys. Thanks for the help

Ducky is that a Texan term?

I think those mods will be just fine on your car but if you are running headers get a LT4 Knock Module and with a high stall and Shift kit run a B&M 24,000 GVW Tranny cooler. Stall might hurt city mileage but everything else would help. Shift kits help strengthen the tranny a bit, I just got my TransGo Shift kit yesterday...oh what fun. Underdrive pulleys in my opinion are not worth the money, you may want to invest in some suspension mods also.

It goes in you PCM (Computer) and when you have a loud exhaust or headers or cam you knock sensor may think there is a false knock. So when that is sent to your computer the knock module just keeps the computer from changing anything, like it would to try to fix the knock if the regular module was there.

Gears will also hurt gas mileage and you'll also have severe traction issues with higher gears and a 2800 stall.

Gear will kill gas mileage.

A little off topic but does anyone know what R's you pull at 75mph with 3.73's in an A4?
