Passenger side of the car, it is coming from the same wire loom the O2 plug is coming from.

There is a bolt near the knock sensor.

let me just say.... that last pic has saved my *** before...funny how the car wont start with out the pcm ground wire hooked up..lol

Maybe that will help with the voltage problem I am having, lol... the car starts so I would have never thought it was the PCM ground, lol. Thanks everyone, I'll hook it up tomorrow.

Mine went 12k miles without the pcm ground, so it will still start. It started better before it was on, lol, but there's some other reason for that that I have yet to figure out.

The PCM actually has several ground paths. It should still run without that one connected (has for many people). Of course, it is better to have them all hooked up.
