Where is the sensor for the temp gauge?

Where is the sensor for the temp gauge?

My temp gauge goes nuts somtimes. Where is the sensor for that? On the bottom of the water pump??

In the drivers side cylinder head, near the #3 spark plug. Check the connector. It break easily.

Yeah, the sensor in the drivers side head provides the input for the cluster, the sensor in the water pump provides the input to the PCM.
