1993s and some 1994 have it located right above the oil filter. While some 1994 and all 1995 and up are located on the back of the intake.

thank you have a nice day

First, kill the CAPS, please.

A 1994 sending unit should be here. As previously stated, 1993 had them just above the oil filter on the side of the block. You can easily remove the plug there and use that for your other gauge. Lots easier than messing around at the back of the intake.

There will probably be a little oil come out, but since it won't be under pressure with the engine off, it should stop quickly. Most of the oil will have drained back into the pan. It won't hurt anything.

Shoebox,

Is it possible to relocate the oil pressure unit from the back of the intake to the older sytle '93 location and then extend the wires? I get tired of breaking the sending unit when I switch trannies.

Sure. All you have to do is plug the old location.
