Exclamation Where are my o2 sensors on edelbrock shorties?!

I have two bad o2 sensors (ses codes), and couldnt see them on the headers. Do all aftermarket headers have them?! If they are not ON the header where are they?! How bad are they to replace?! Any special tools needed? Thanks---

The are on the headers right where they meet the y-pipe. They are really easy to get to and replace. The passenger side maybe be mildly difficult, but the drivers side is easy.

Re: Where are my o2 sensors on edelbrock shorties?!

Thank you VERY much lucky you!!!! Is that the hole for it on the collector?! Are they on the SAME spot on both of the headers? What causes these to go out (old age) or when I was driving with 1/2 the intake elbow off the throttle body (oops). HAHAHA thanks again---

yes they're pretty much in the same spot on both headers. I'm not to sure about what kills them, of course old age would be a factor, but other than that.. harsh cleaners and chemicals I think will kill them too. Or the exhaust heat could have melted some wires.
