Where to measure coolant temp?

But to bolt the Gen 1 SBC heads on an LT1 block, somebody had to alter the coolant passages in the head. In that respect, your install is "custom", and I can't accept responsibility for your assumption regarding the functionality of the holes on the Brodix manifold.

Thanks... The oil drain backs were welded through the coolant passage but the passage wasn't blocked off.
